Function: noun

Etymology: Middle English gourmaunt, from Middle French gourmant

2 : one who is heartily interested in good food and drink

The idea is a simple one. I have always been fond of eating, and fascinated by food, and its many preparations. My main focus is always seasonality, but the one thing that stays constant in my food is my endless wonderment, and excitement of the possibilities within the culinary arts.

Finally: I needed a catchy name!
